—   On-staff mechanical engineers including two P.E.s

In addition to twice-monthly technical training sessions, MSC service technicians and engineers regularly convene to discuss the latest technologies, relate specific challenges encountered in the field, share innovative solutions used to resolve problems, and troubleshoot complex issues. Our embedded culture of continual training and open collaboration enables us to stay on the cutting edge of our industry and consistently deliver superior services and solutions.

MSC is NEBB-certified in Air and Hydronic Balancing and Building System Commissioning, UA STAR-certified, and MSCA-STAR-qualified. We invest more time, money, and effort on training and equipment than any other specialist in our field.
