MSC Always Answers the Call

Since the day in 1978 when Hartigan Refrigeration officially became Mechanical Service Corporation, MSC has made itself available to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. I joined MSC as an ultra-low-temp chiller service technician not long afterward, and for me, that policy meant midnight emergency calls throughout the Northeast.

The on-call clock never stopped in those early years, not once, and hasn’t ever since. That timeline remains, to this day, unbroken. Through holidays, snowstorms and hurricanes, recessions, tragic events, and a pandemic, MSC has been on call every minute of every day for the last 45 years. This unbroken continuity is part of our drive and dedication to the customers we serve. We always answer the call.
