MSC is a true HVAC service company; that's how we started, and that’s what we do best. Our unique ability is our technical expertise, our experience, and the step by step process we follow. How do we do that?

• We promote unique ability within our company.  Everyone can’t be an expert at everything; especially in today’s technical environment.  We encourage our technicians to train and excel in areas of our trade that interest them.
• Our customers depend on MSC creating value by doing what few others can. We fix it where others simply cannot. That’s the benefit our customers receive from our training and field expertise.

• We start out by providing training on a continuous basis; more than any other company. Most companies don’t spend the time or money on continuous development of their best asset.
• MSC invests in bi-weekly shop training meetings.  All technicians as well as our office and sales staff attend these meetings.  Most companies don’t want to see technicians in the office because it costs them money.  We believe that training (especially lessons learned type training) makes us money and avoids costly mistakes.
• At MSC we believe our technicians are the best trained in the industry. To insure that they stay up to date and current with the latest equipment, safety and overall knowledge, we invite manufacturers such as Honeywell, Copland and Turbocor (just to name a few) into our shop for additional training of our Field Technicians.

• A diagnostics company must have well trained technicians that thoroughly understand the many disciplines involved in today's complex systems. However in order to properly diagnose a system or building you first need the right tools and equipment and the know how to use them.
• At MSC we spare no expense in training our technicians to use the current tools and diagnostic equipment. Some of our instruments cost over $20,000. Many companies only read about the diagnostic equipment that we have in trade publications. MSC uses NIST traceable equipment so you know you are getting the right information; something we and our clients depend on.
